Code of Conduct

These have been created to ensure a safe place for all. Triskelion Gathering does not want to curtail your enjoyment. We reserve the right to update as needed.

All participants must agree to these rules upon registration.

If you break the Code of Conduct, you will be asked to leave.

Be respectful, compassionate, and kind.

Wristbands are required to be worn by all participants attending the gathering. Wristbands will be provided at the registration desk.

DO NOT light fires where there is no active fire pit designated by Triskelion Gathering for use. If it isn’t already in use, don’t use it. The ground is dry and we’re in a pine forest.

All laws of BC are in effect. All bylaws of the area are in effect. This includes any fire bans that may be in place at the time of Triskelion Gathering.

Put your garbage in the dumpster! You will be provided a garbage bag or two at registration.

Pets

All animals must be attached to a person if they are not in a suitable enclosure. No roaming animals! We do mean attached – you must be in physical control of your animals. No exceptions.

It is the owners responsibility to pick up after their pet – see a pile, deal with the pile.

Owners are solely responsible for any damage to property or people that their animal causes.

Minors

All children must be with a responsible adult at all times. There are no exceptions – and yes, this includes at night.

Parents or their designates are responsible for their children.

This is not negotiable. Triskelion Gathering is not set up for children to wander around by themselves, be left alone at night, or left with others on site for extended periods of time. There is a ravine and a main road nearby – so if you bring a little one, you are responsible to keep them safe.

Minors in the Older age bracket, say 15 and above, have more leeway than younger ones. But we’ll still require to see parental consent for them being on site.

Parking

There is limited parking on the site itself. Once that parking is full, drivers have the option to park along the road itself.

Larger vehicles, Campers and RV’s have parking close by available if they wish to use it.

TG team are looking into options for parking that are close by.

All smoking is in designated areas. Do not smoke in the pine forest, due to the dryness of the land, forest, and trees.

No smoking in any Sacred Spaces.

If you smoke, please be mindful that not everyone on site does. Make sure your butts are extinguished and placed in the provided receptacles.

No smoking of any kind is permitted in the building.

There will be sober spaces. Respect them.

Triskelion Gathering does not condone use of other substances.

Anyone caught selling substances will be booted out immediately.

Anyone providing alcohol, cigarettes or other substances to minors will not only be removed immediately from the site, but the appropriate authorities will be contacted.

IF THE FIRE PIT IS NOT IN USE, DON’T USE IT.

There are several fire rings with stones on the site. Not all of them will be in use during the Gather.

When the main fire is put out at the end of the evening, please do not re-light it.

The Main Fire Pit is a sacred space. Please be mindful and remember that there is no substance use at the firepit permitted.

Do not smoke in the forest.

No Naked Flames On Site. Anywhere. No exceptions.

Candles must be in enclosed lanterns and are restricted to use during Ritual. No tiki-torches due to the dryness of the forest.

Triskelion Gathering is not Fire-stupid.

Triskelion Gathering will not tolerate harassment of any form.
