Hello folks!

This is your gentle reminder that anyone wishing to be a vendor at Triskelion Gathering must get their application in for review by May 1oth! Vendor applications close at midnight and any sent in after will not be considered.

Vending includes anyone who wants to set up a table and sell items at their campground. Don’t do it! That’s not fair to the people who applied in plenty of time, and paid their vending fee. You will be asked to take down any non-approved vending tables.

BUT… we have some incredible vendors who have already put their names in!!! It’s going to be lovely! We are also hoping to have enough time to set up a truly magical spot for the vendors, with solar lights and the like.

Where to start???

Ritual:

The opening and closing circles will be run by a local community member, Sarah, who will greet us all to the lands and Triskelion Gathering.

The Main Ritual will be run by Belstone Coven and friends. Please bring drums, rattles, and the like!

The March of the Greenmen! The power of the deep forest will manifest in the Greenmen! Contact Tavey if you are interested in volunteering!

Morning rituals – held on Saturday and Sunday morning around 9 – 9:30. Greet the Sun with us!

We have overflow parking!

Our thanks go out to a nearby landowner who is allowing us to use one of his fields.

YES! This means that there will be parking for campers and RV’s near the site itself! There is loads of space. It’s a short walk to the event site.

Directions will be given to anyone who lets us know that they need ’em when they buy tickets! We’d like to be able to give the landowner a list of names so they know who is on their property.

OMG(oddess)!!!!!

Gotta tell you – the quality of the vendor applications is STUNNING! It’s going to be a really hard choice for the vendors committee to come up with decisions!

I can’t tell you more about who or what until the committee starts their process and we can announce who will be there. But I can tell you about how that choice is going to be made.

The Vendors Commitee will be doing a ‘blind’ choice. Names and company names are going to be removed from the applications so the ONLY information that is taken into consideration is the pictures and descriptions of the items any vendor wants to sell. Most of the commitee don’t know the applicants, which is also good!

All I can say is this – I am already saving up so I can purchase some of the incredible items that are likely to be there!
