Six Days to go!
Today – let’s talk about Potluck feasts!
Well – THE potluck feast. Saturday from 11 – 1 there will be a potluck picnic!
Please contribute one dish to the potluck. Clearly label what the ingredients are so that we can ensure that folks with allergies are accommodated.
The feast will be laid out in the hall – and we hope that you come together as a community to share!
Beforehand – Please pitch in to help get set up!
After – Please help to clean up!
The Crows and Magpies are welcome to gather at this time as well – bring a small shiny to trade or share! There is a prize for the best Crow or Magpie – chosen by the rest who gather!

SEVEN DAYS!
Things to start thinking about:
FOOD – remember – TG is not providing any food for this weekend. We are close to Marysville where there are coffee shops and restaurants. Cranbrook and Kimberley have grocery stores. There is a full kitchen to make your food, and two large fridges to store cold items. REMEMBER to label your food and TAKE IT WITH YOU at the end of the weekend. There will be a space for coolers inside the hall.
NECESSARY STUFF – sunblock, bug spray, clothes. Something to sleep in / under / on. Your TENT if you are tenting. Medications and toiletries.
STUFF ON SITE:
There are flushing toilets (gender neutral), a shower, and outhouses throughout the site.
A fully stocked kitchen (clean up after yourself). A large hall with tables and chairs. Please do not take ANY kitchen items out of the hall. We found mugs in all kinds of strange places last year.
First Aid – We have first aiders on site. If you have any issues, please let us know!
PARKING – Parking is limited. Please consider ride sharing. If you do have two vehicles, one of them must be parked off site (our pal has a nearby field for RV’s, Campers, etc. Contact us for details).
Did I mention that it’s SEVEN days away yet!!??? WOOT!

Calling all the wonderful folk who have loads of ideas for workshops!!
Please consider sharing your knowledge. If you have something you would like to share with others – some knowledge, or just generally want to facilitate a great discussion, then we’d love to hear from you!
While there are already some awesome workshops in the works from the organizing team, there is space for more!
